Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Cream together the ghee and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Sift together the all-purpose flour, semolina, baking powder, cardamom powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until a soft dough forms. Divide and flatten the dough into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking tray, garnish with chopped nuts, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
