- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning mix.
- Coat chicken tenders in the creamy mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together cheese, crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Spread over the coated tenders.
- Arrange tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
