Description

A warm, cheesy dip featuring creamy corn and a hint of spice from jalapeños, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon or smoked chicken strips, crumbled
  • 23 jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, corn kernels, crumbled turkey bacon (or smoked chicken), diced jalapeños, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend the ingredients together until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and set it to low. Cook for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Consider using a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup. Adjust jalapeño amounts to taste.
