- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the beef mixture: In a skillet, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until browned. Drain excess fat, then add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Assemble and bake: Combine cooked noodles with beef mixture in a bowl. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
