- 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cooked and chopped
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, cream cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked pasta and chopped steak until well coated, then transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with grated Parmesan and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For added creaminess, you can add a splash of heavy cream to the sauce. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
