Description

A comforting pasta bake featuring tender steak, creamy sauce, and a hint of spicy buffalo flavor, perfect for cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, cream cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked pasta and chopped steak until well coated, then transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with grated Parmesan and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For added creaminess, you can add a splash of heavy cream to the sauce. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
