Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it flat in a greased baking dish, pressing the seams together to create a solid base.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy. Spread the mixture evenly over the crescent roll base.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Let cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and adding lemon juice if desired. Cut into bars and serve with toppings.
