- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Dill pickle juice
- 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs, whisked
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a dish or bag and pour over pickle juice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Prepare the Coating Stations: Set up three shallow dishes—mix flour with spices in the first, whisk eggs in the second, and combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan in the third.
- Coat and Cook the Chicken: Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Fry in hot oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
Marinate for optimal flavor but do not exceed two hours. For baking, cook at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
