Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs, whisked
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a dish or bag and pour over pickle juice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the Coating Stations: Set up three shallow dishes—mix flour with spices in the first, whisk eggs in the second, and combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan in the third.
  3. Coat and Cook the Chicken: Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Fry in hot oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

Marinate for optimal flavor but do not exceed two hours. For baking, cook at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
