Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Combine the browned beef and taco seasoning in a crockpot, adding diced tomatoes and beef broth.
- Fold in the pasta, cover, and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with cilantro.
Notes
