- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cauliflower rice, diced onions, garlic, chicken broth, half of the cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
