- 2 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup melted butter (cooled)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Swerve (or another keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Handful of walnuts or sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Add in the Swerve, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, stirring until smooth. If desired, fold in walnuts or sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 25 minutes, allowing the center to remain slightly moist. Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares.

Allow the brownies to cool properly for enhanced flavor. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week or be frozen for longer storage.
