  • 1 Onion
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 6 oz Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet, add diced onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat, then stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the beef mixture with sour cream and half the Swiss cheese. Fold in torn hamburger buns.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish, top with remaining Swiss cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
