- 1 Onion
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 6 oz Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Heat olive oil in a skillet, add diced onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the beef mixture with sour cream and half the Swiss cheese. Fold in torn hamburger buns.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish, top with remaining Swiss cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
