  • 1 pound sliced turkey bacon or chicken strips (smoked, if desired)
  • 8 ounces sliced cheese (Swiss or similar)
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder and mustard.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and layer the bottom halves in a baking dish. Add protein, cheese, and pickles on top.
