- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather ingredients and chop onion and garlic.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix by hand until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf form and place it in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar-free ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Customize with your favorite herbs and spices. Check for doneness at the 40-minute mark to prevent overcooking.
