Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather ingredients and chop onion and garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix by hand until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf form and place it in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together sugar-free ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
