Instructions
- Freeze your ice cream balls by scooping them into generous balls on a lined baking sheet. Cover and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the coating by mixing crushed cornflakes, optional coconut, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat, then dip each frozen ice cream ball into the batter, roll in the cornflake mixture, and fry for 15-20 seconds until golden brown.
