Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips (optional for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a lined baking sheet, creating bite-sized pieces.
- If using chocolate chips, sprinkle them on top before freezing. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
- Carefully remove frozen bites from the mold or baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Avoid overmixing to maintain a creamy texture. High-quality full-fat yogurt yields the best results. Adjust sweetness to your liking before freezing.
