Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Toss the chicken pieces into the slow cooker, followed by the quartered baby red potatoes and chunks of carrots.
- Mix the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a separate mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth. Whisk until blended.
