A flavorful and comforting garlic butter chicken dish that brings family together around the table.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 to 2 teaspoons 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic (finely minced)
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned chicken breasts. Sear for 5 minutes without moving.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes or until cooked through, then transfer to a plate to rest.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and scrape up the browned bits. Bring to a bubble.
- Add butter and let it melt, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and baste with the garlic butter sauce. Optionally sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
You can substitute the 21 Salute Seasoning with a blend of thyme, rosemary, and sage. For added richness, stir in heavy cream with the broth.
