  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving a small cup of pasta water, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked lobster meat and toss gently in the garlic butter for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Lower the heat and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the cooked pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed to reach your desired consistency. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half or non-dairy options. You can use shrimp or crab meat if lobster is unavailable.
