Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt garlic butter and season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook shell pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, bring heavy cream to a simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add cooked pasta and fold until coated.
- Plate the creamy pasta, top with garlic butter steak bites, and garnish with parsley.
