- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder, and milk. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Letting the meatloaf rest helps it retain moisture and makes it easier to slice. Optionally, add herbs or spices to enhance flavor.
