Description

Garlic Parmesan Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes is an easy, set-it-and-forget-it meal with juicy chicken, tender potatoes, and rich garlic–Parmesan flavor—perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 cups baby potatoes, halved

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

2. Add halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.

3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.

5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.

6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve straight from the crockpot with a side salad or steamed vegetables; add a drizzle of melted butter or extra Parmesan if you like.
