  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt your butter in a medium mixing bowl and whisk in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
