- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon green food coloring
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and green food coloring.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking with a toothpick. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
