Description
A comforting fusion of grilled cheese and burrito, filled with melty cheese, seasoned beef, and fluffy rice.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked white rice
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle sauce
- 4 Large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Butter or oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed. Stir in taco seasoning and cooked rice, mixing well. Let everything cook together for 2 to 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, and mozzarella until smooth and creamy. Stir in the chipotle sauce if using.
- Warm the tortillas briefly. Spoon the beef and rice mixture into each tortilla, add a layer of cheese mixture, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook burritos seam-side down for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Notes
Keep fillings thick to prevent sogginess. Warm tortillas before rolling to avoid tearing. Let burritos rest briefly before slicing.
