Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Prepare the patties by combining ground beef, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Shape into 6-8 patties.
