- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. tub low-fat Cool Whip, thawed
- 24 Oreo thins (or chococream-inspired cookie thins)
Instructions
- Prepare your muffin tin by lining it with 12 paper cupcake liners and placing one Oreo thin in the bottom of each liner.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in salt, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip and half of the crushed Oreo thins.
- Scoop the cream cheese mixture into each muffin cup, optionally topping with more crushed Oreos, and freeze for about three hours until firm.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute Oreo thins with gluten-free sandwich cookies. Consider adding pureed fruits or nuts for variations.
