Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken chunks, salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Let sit for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté marinated chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. Prepare the Sauce Base: In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add minced garlic and diced onion, stirring until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper; simmer for about 5 minutes.
