Description
A refreshing and fizzy drink that combines the tangy brightness of lemons with floral sweetness of honey, topped with sparkling water and cranberry juice.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- ½ cup honey (adjustable to taste, or substitute with agave syrup)
- 4 cups sparkling water or club soda
- 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey with ½ cup of water. Set the heat to low and stir until the honey dissolves completely. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Squeeze the lemons to obtain one cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain if desired.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled honey mixture, lemon juice, and cranberry juice. Stir well and slowly pour in the sparkling water, stirring gently.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.
Notes
Chill your ingredients beforehand for an extra refreshing drink. Adjust the sweetness as desired and consider adding fresh berries for a twist.
