  • 1 cup brewed Irish coffee, cooled (or strong brewed coffee)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie pan to form a crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and let cool.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
