Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in non-alcoholic malt/pomegranate juice until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
