Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in non-alcoholic malt/pomegranate juice until fully incorporated.
