Description

Delicious low-carb rolls stuffed with tender beef sirloin, sautéed peppers, onions, and melted provolone cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded (or mozzarella for a milder flavor)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb bread or wrap

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté sliced bell pepper and onion until softened.
  3. Add thinly sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the rolls by placing beef and veggie mixture in low carb bread or wrap, then sprinkle with provolone cheese.
  5. Roll up the wraps and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
