Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and top with sliced green onions.
