Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  3. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and top with sliced green onions.
