Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef, cooking until browned and crumbled.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and cooked rice, mixing thoroughly.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon the beef and rice mixture into the center.
- Add cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and onions, then fold and roll the tortilla tightly.
- In the skillet, heat oil and cook the burrito seam-side down until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Notes
