Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef, cooking until browned and crumbled.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and cooked rice, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon the beef and rice mixture into the center.
  4. Add cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and onions, then fold and roll the tortilla tightly.
  5. In the skillet, heat oil and cook the burrito seam-side down until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
