- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a large mixing bowl. In it, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
- Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole. Finish with the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Pop the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
