Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add peanut butter and maple syrup; mix until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and sea salt; stir until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, making them as big or small as you like.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool for 10 minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
