Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices (or your favorite pepperoni substitute)
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the bottom halves, then layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and optional toppings.
  4. Place the top halves back on and brush with olive oil mixed with Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown. Serve warm.
