- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup pepperoni slices (or your favorite pepperoni substitute)
- ½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread pizza sauce over the bottom halves, then layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and optional toppings.
- Place the top halves back on and brush with olive oil mixed with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown. Serve warm.
