Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cups sliced apples (about 45 apples)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press half into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Layer sliced apples over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture over apples.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and apples are tender. Sprinkle with sea salt and allow to cool before slicing.
