  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring (as desired)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate or mint cookies (for garnish)
  • Optional: Green sprinkles for extra fun!

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with the milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring. Stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture and layer it into individual cups.
  4. Add a layer of the remaining whipped cream on top and sprinkle crushed cookies over it.
  5. Chill the pudding cups in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
