- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- Green food coloring (as desired)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate or mint cookies (for garnish)
- Optional: Green sprinkles for extra fun!
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with the milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Add the mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture and layer it into individual cups.
- Add a layer of the remaining whipped cream on top and sprinkle crushed cookies over it.
- Chill the pudding cups in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for extra creamy whipped cream. Pudding cups can be made a day in advance.
