A delightful and colorful snack mix featuring Chex cereal, Very Berry Cheerios, crunchy pretzels, and freeze-dried strawberries, drizzled with white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chex cereal (rice Chex)
  • 3 cups Very Berry Cheerios
  • 2 cups pretzel twists or sticks, broken up
  • 1 oz bag (1 1/4 cups) freeze-dried strawberries
  • 9 oz white chocolate (regular or dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the Chex cereal, Very Berry Cheerios, broken pretzel twists, and freeze-dried strawberries. Gently stir them together.
  2. Melt the white chocolate along with the coconut oil using your preferred method.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir until every piece is coated. Fold in sprinkles or other add-ins.
  4. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until set.
  5. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
