Description

A delightful dish that’s simple to prepare and packed with wholesome goodness, perfect for any busy night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add steak bites seasoned with salt and pepper, and sear until browned (4-5 minutes). Remove and let rest.
  3. Create the Flavorful Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Stir and return steak to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  4. Combine: Gently fold in the cooked pasta, mixing until everything is unified. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For addition of vegetables, feel free to mix in sautéed bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition and color.
