Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar.
  2. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Transfer to the baking dish and press firmly to form an even layer.
