Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Once cooked, allow them to cool on a plate.
  2. Set up a breading station: mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on one plate and pour the beaten egg onto another plate.
  3. Dip each cooled ravioli into the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat about ½ inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded ravioli for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
