Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- 3–4 ounces of almond bark or more white chocolate
Instructions
- In a medium-sized double boiler, combine the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat on medium, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
- Continue to stir for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles.
- Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Transfer the fudge mixture into the dish and smooth out evenly. Press the remaining sprinkles into the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until firm, then cut into squares.
- Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, drizzle over the cooled fudge, and let it cool completely.
Notes
Use a clean, dry bowl when melting chocolate. Don’t skip the chilling time for the perfect texture.
