Ingredients
12 Puff Puff Graham Crackers
24 mini marshmallows
8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp caster sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Arrange graham crackers in a muffin tin to form 12 vertical cylinders
Place 2 mini marshmallows in each graham cracker cylinder
Toaster oven at high heat for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows puff and toast
Melt dark chocolate with butter in a double boiler
Dip assembled s’mores into ganache, ensuring full coating
Sprinkle caster sugar while ganache is still wet
Let set at room temperature for 15 minutes
