Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green food coloring
8 ounces black chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well.
3. Fold in sour cream and green food coloring until evenly combined.
4. Pour the green cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Before serving, drizzle melted black chocolate on top and decorate with Halloween candies.
