- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate pieces
- Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips for added indulgence
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the vanilla yogurt, sweetener, and almond milk in another bowl until combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add chopped chocolate pieces.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For ultra-fudgy brownies, don’t overbake them. Add a pinch of sea salt on top before baking for an enhanced flavor.
