- 4 English muffins, split in half
- 6 large eggs
- 1 pound beef sausage (or turkey sausage)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 cup creamy gravy (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toast the English muffins cut-side up for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, cook the beef sausage over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, scramble the whisked eggs for 3 to 5 minutes until fluffy and just set.
- On each toasted muffin half, layer the scrambled eggs, sausage, and sprinkle cheese on top. Melt cheese in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Drizzle with creamy gravy and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to use bagels or other bread instead of English muffins. You can prepare sausage in advance for quicker assembly.
