- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, oregano, garlic powder, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese, then evenly spread the creamy sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
